How our pricing works

The price of a project depends on its scope: the features you need, the platforms it targets, the integrations involved, and your timeline. Rather than publishing generic price lists that never match reality, we prepare a detailed written quotation for every engagement.

The first conversation is always free. Tell us what you want to build, and we'll come back with an honest assessment and a clear, itemised quote — usually within a few business days.

Every quotation spells out, in plain language:

• The total price, broken down by milestone or deliverable
• Exactly what will be delivered at each stage
• A realistic timeline with review points
• The payment schedule tied to those milestones
• How long the offer remains valid

Once you approve a quotation, that price is the price. Any change in scope is quoted separately and only proceeds with your written approval. There are no hidden fees.

Projects are billed in stages tied to milestones — typically a deposit to begin, payments as agreed milestones are delivered and approved, and the balance on final delivery. You only ever pay against a written invoice stating the exact amount.

Ongoing services such as maintenance and support are billed at a fixed monthly or annual rate agreed in advance.

Prices are quoted in Bahraini Dinar (BHD), with US Dollar (USD) quotations available for international clients. Invoices can be settled by bank transfer or by secure online card payment.

Where taxes such as VAT apply, they are stated clearly on the quotation and the invoice.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which follows our milestone model: you never pay for work that hasn't been delivered.
