Terms & Conditions

Tech Lumen is a software development company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the operator of this website.

We design, build, and maintain software: mobile apps, websites, web applications, custom systems, AI solutions, automation, and ongoing maintenance and support.

Every engagement is defined by a written quotation which, once you approve it, forms the agreement for that project together with these terms. If a separately signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement prevails.

Pricing follows our Pricing page: an individual written quotation for every project and billing tied to delivery milestones. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. We may pause work on a project with overdue invoices after notifying you.

To keep projects on track, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information, materials, and timely feedback
• Ensure you hold the rights to any content you supply to us
• Give us the access and credentials needed to deliver the work
• Use the deliverables lawfully

Once a project is paid in full, you own the deliverables built for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, and general know-how, which you receive a licence to use as part of the deliverables.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we may reference the project in our portfolio.

We build with professional skill and care, and we fix defects in delivered work as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Delivered software may depend on third parties — app stores, hosting platforms, payment providers, and external APIs. Their terms and pricing are their own; we are not responsible for their changes or outages, though we will always help you adapt to them.

The content of tech-lumen.com — text, design, and brand — belongs to Tech Lumen and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
