Tech Lumen is a software development company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain, operating tech-lumen.com. For anything related to this policy or your data, contact us at support@tech-lumen.com.

We collect only what we need to work with you:

• Contact details you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, and the content of your message
• Project information you share with us while we scope or deliver work
• Basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate — pages visited, country, and device type. It sets analytics cookies and IP addresses are anonymised: we see statistics, not individuals. We use no advertising trackers. Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored only in your own browser.

When you pay an invoice online, the payment is processed by a licensed third-party payment provider. Your card details go directly to that provider over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your card number.

We use the information above to:

• Reply to your enquiries and messages
• Prepare quotations and deliver the work you've asked for
• Issue invoices and keep the records the law requires
• Protect the website and our services against abuse

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Only the service providers needed to operate: our hosting provider (Vercel), our email delivery provider (Resend), our analytics provider (Google Analytics), and payment providers when you pay online. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Correspondence and project records are kept for as long as we work together, and afterwards only as long as legal and accounting requirements demand — then deleted.

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (unless we are legally required to keep it). Email support@tech-lumen.com and we will respond promptly.

We handle personal data in line with the Kingdom of Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018).

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
